Security is built into WebNewBiz. This policy summarises how we protect your website, store and customer data.
All sites and dashboards are served over HTTPS with automatically-issued SSL certificates. Data is encrypted in transit, and sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
We run on hardened, monitored infrastructure with a global CDN and firewall protection. Systems are patched regularly and access is restricted on a least-privilege basis. The same CDN powers Website Booster.
Your site and store are backed up automatically, with restore points you can roll back to in a click. Backups are stored securely, separate from the live environment. See Backups for how restores work.
Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. This applies to checkout in your online store as well as your own subscription.
Team access can be controlled with roles and permissions. We recommend strong, unique passwords and enabling any available extra verification on your account.
We monitor for threats and unusual activity around the clock and have processes to respond quickly to any incident.
