These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the WebNewBiz website and platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use WebNewBiz. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse it, including not attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send spam or illegal content.
You own the content you create with WebNewBiz, your website, products, text, images and customer data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for making sure your content and business comply with all applicable laws, including consumer, tax and data-protection rules in your region.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Promotional pricing (such as first-month or first-year discounts) applies only to the stated period, after which standard rates apply. Current rates are listed on our pricing page.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. See also our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
WebNewBiz uses AI to generate websites, copy, images and other materials. While we work hard to make output useful and accurate, you should review everything before publishing. You are responsible for the final content you choose to publish.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law. You may close your account at any time. On termination you can export your content within a reasonable period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebNewBiz is provided “as is”, and our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
