Five ways to sell WordPress sites under your own brand, scored on rebranding depth, whether clients pay into your Stripe, and how much hosting work you keep.
If your agency builds on WordPress, there are two ways to sell sites under your own brand. You can rebrand a page builder inside wp-admin, so the client sees your name instead of Beaver Builder, Brizy or Divi. Or you can use a hosted platform that white-labels the whole thing: the dashboard, the login page, the emails, client billing and onboarding. This guide compares five options on three questions that decide your margin: how deep the rebranding goes, whether client payments land in your own Stripe account, and how much hosting and maintenance you still carry. Prices are at the time of writing (October 2026).

Most roundups lump these together, but they solve different problems.
Neither type is better for everyone. If you already have good hosting, a care plan routine and an invoicing tool, a rebranded plugin is cheap and gives you full control. If you want to sell websites as a monthly product without becoming a hosting company, a hosted platform takes a lot of that work off your plate.
We list prices too, but treat them as the least important number. A $500 licence is small next to the hours spent looking after 40 client sites.
| Option | Type | Rebranding depth | Clients pay your Stripe? | You still carry | Price (October 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Beaver Builder Unlimited | Plugin | Editor, admin bar, theme name | No | Hosting, updates, backups, billing | $546/year, unlimited sites |
| Brizy White Label | Plugin | Editor name and logo | No | Hosting, updates, backups, billing | About $300-360/year, up to 100 sites |
| Divi with Divi Ghoster | Theme plus add-on | Theme name, logo, login page | No | Hosting, updates, backups, billing | $89/year plus $29-49/year |
| 10Web Agency Core | Hosted | Dashboard and builder (fuller on Agency Pro) | Yes, Stripe or PayPal (7% fee) | Little | $80/month billed yearly, 20 sites |
| WebNewBiz white-label | Hosted | Dashboard on your domain, login, emails, invoices | Yes, Stripe or PayPal | Little | Not published, ask |

Beaver Builder has been on sale since 2014. White labelling only comes with the top Unlimited plan, at $546 a year for unlimited sites. The Professional plan ($299 a year, 50 sites) adds WordPress Multisite support but no branding.
Rebranding depth: In the Branding settings you can replace the Beaver Builder name in the editor, the WordPress admin and the admin bar, swap the logo for your own icon, and rename the Beaver Builder theme and its screenshot. The documentation is honest about the gaps: the prebuilt templates, the fl- CSS class prefix and the plugin's file paths keep their original names, and you have to rename a child theme by hand. Anyone who reads the page source can still tell which builder you used.
Payments: None. It is a builder, not a billing system, so you invoice clients with your own tools.
What you carry: Everything outside the editor. To rebrand the rest of wp-admin (login page, dashboard widgets, menus), many agencies add the free White Label CMS plugin from the WordPress plugin directory.
Best for: agencies with their own hosting and care plans who build enough sites for one flat licence to pay off.
Brizy markets its WordPress plugin as a builder for non-technical people, which matters if clients will edit their own pages. The White Label plan covers up to 100 sites and costs roughly $300 to $360 a year. Brizy's own page and recent reviews show different figures, so check the live price. Brizy also sells a separate hosted product, which we compare in Brizy Cloud alternatives for agencies.
Rebranding depth: You set a company name that replaces the Brizy name in the builder, on the Edit with button and in the WordPress menu, and you upload your own logo for the sidebar and that button. The white-label settings only appear when you open a special admin link, so clients will not stumble on them. Brizy's support pages do mention some rough edges: on Multisite, the original name can still show in the network admin plugin list, and syncing saved blocks and layouts is unavailable while white label is switched on.
Payments: None built in.
What you carry: As with any plugin, hosting, updates, backups and support are yours.
Best for: agencies with fewer than 100 sites whose clients want to edit pages themselves.
Divi from Elegant Themes has the cheapest licence here: $89 a year, or $249 once for lifetime access, both for unlimited websites. Divi Pro, which adds Divi AI, Divi Cloud, VIP support and Teams, is $277 a year.
Rebranding depth: Elegant Themes does not list white labelling as a Divi feature. Agencies that want to hide Divi usually add Divi Ghoster from WP Zone ($29 a year for one site, $49 a year for unlimited sites). It changes the theme name, logo and slug, hides Divi from theme detector websites, customises the login page and tidies up the dashboard. WP Zone states that it does not work with Multisite. Theme detectors also keep changing their methods, so Divi may not stay hidden.
Payments: None built in.
What you carry: All hosting and maintenance, plus updates from one more vendor to keep in step.
Best for: agencies on a tight budget who already know Divi well and handle billing elsewhere.
Plenty of agencies already build with Elementor, so it is a fair question. Elementor's own help centre says it does not offer a white label option and has no current plans to create one. Agencies that want one rely on third-party white-label plugins. That works, but it adds one more plugin that can break after an update, and you are rebranding a product whose maker does not support it.
10Web is an AI website builder that runs each site as a standard WordPress install on its own managed hosting. In May 2026 it rebuilt its agency plans around a Reseller Suite, which shows your clients a branded dashboard and builder.
Rebranding depth: Good. 10Web says the sign-up, builder, dashboard and emails can carry your logo and domain, starting at Agency Core. Its pricing page lists the fully white-labelled dashboard, branded WordPress admin, invoices and emails under Agency Pro, so check exactly which pieces your tier includes.
Payments: From Agency Core up, clients pay you through your own Stripe or PayPal account, on pricing tiers you set. Agency Core carries a 7% 10Web billing transaction fee. On the custom-priced Agency Pro it drops to as low as 0%. On a client paying $100 a month, 7% is $7 a month you do not keep, so build it into your prices.
What you carry: Much less. Hosting on Google Cloud, SSL and backups are included. Because each site is normal WordPress, you can install any plugin and get full access to the code, which also makes leaving easier.
Price: Agency Core works out at $80 a month billed yearly ($960 for 12 months, 20 websites), shown as a discount on a higher regular price. The cheaper Agency Starter (10 sites) does not include the branded dashboard.
Best for: agencies that want hosted, rebranded WordPress with full freedom over plugins and code, and that accept a transaction fee on the entry tier. If it is not quite right, see our guide to 10Web alternatives for agencies.
WebNewBiz is our own platform, so read this section with that in mind. Every plan includes hosting, SSL and a full WordPress CMS, but you do not start in wp-admin. You describe the client's business in plain language, the AI drafts the pages, layout and copy, and you (or the client) make changes by chatting with the AI Copilot. The online store, AI CRM and funnels come with the plans that include them.
Rebranding depth: Deep. Your name, logo, colours and favicon appear on a dashboard that runs on your own domain, such as app.youragency.com. The login page, invites, emails and invoice PDFs carry your brand, and you can send email through your own SMTP.
Payments: You set your own prices and packages. Packages can be recurring, one-off or free, billed weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, with an optional setup fee and several currencies. Clients buy from your own storefront page and pay into your own Stripe or PayPal account.
What you carry: Little on the hosting side. You create client accounts, put each one on a plan with limits, suspend a client if you need to, and either log in as the client to do the work or let them manage it themselves. If you want to offer sites inside your own product, there is a partner API with single sign-on and webhooks. The details are on our white-label website builder for agencies page, and the CRM side is covered in white-label CRM for agencies.
Honest limits: WebNewBiz is younger and smaller than the agency programmes of Duda, GoHighLevel or Webflow, and its app ecosystem and community are much smaller than the big names have. Agency pricing is not published, so you have to ask. The AI draft still needs your own photos, facts and edits. And while 10Web gives you full code access to each WordPress install, WebNewBiz sites cannot be exported as files to another host: content and the domain move, but the layout is rebuilt.
Best for: agencies that want to sell websites, stores and a CRM as a branded monthly product, with clients paying them directly, and that would rather build by describing than by dragging.
Licence prices look very different, but per site they are small. Beaver Builder Unlimited spread across 20 client sites is about $27 per site per year, and under $6 per site across 100 sites. Divi plus Divi Ghoster for unlimited sites costs $138 a year in total, however many sites you build. 10Web Agency Core comes to $48 per site per year, hosting included.
The plugin route leaves everything else off the bill: a hosting account, backups, security, a way to bill clients each month, and your time. If updates, checks and small fixes take 30 minutes per site per month, 20 sites add up to 10 hours a month before you do any paid work. That is fine if you sell a care plan that covers it (see monthly website care plans for clients). If you do not, those hours quietly eat your margin.
The hosted route flips this. You pay more per site and give up some control, and on some tiers a share of each payment. In return, you are not patching servers and billing is built in.
What is a white label WordPress website builder?
It is a WordPress builder you can sell under your own brand. That means either a page builder plugin you rename inside wp-admin, such as Beaver Builder or Brizy, or a hosted platform that brands the whole dashboard, emails and billing, such as 10Web's reseller dashboard or WebNewBiz.
Can I white label Elementor?
Not officially. Elementor's help centre says it does not offer a white label option and has no current plans to create one, so agencies use third-party white-label plugins instead.
Which option is cheapest for many client sites?
On licence cost alone, Divi is cheapest: $89 a year for unlimited sites, plus Divi Ghoster at $49 a year for unlimited sites. That leaves out hosting, maintenance and billing, which usually cost more than the licence.
Can clients pay me directly through a white label WordPress builder?
Only with the hosted platforms. 10Web (Agency Core and above) and WebNewBiz let clients pay into your own Stripe or PayPal account. Page builder plugins do not handle billing, so you need your own invoicing.
Will my clients ever see the vendor's name?
With plugins, sometimes. Beaver Builder's templates, CSS class names and file paths keep their original names, so the page source can give it away. Hosted platforms brand the dashboard, login and emails, but test as a client before you launch.
Does WebNewBiz run on WordPress?
Every plan includes a full WordPress CMS with hosting and SSL. You build by describing the business and editing by chat. If you leave, your content and domain move with you but the layout has to be rebuilt, because sites cannot be exported as files.
If a hosted, branded setup sounds right, the main next step is to talk to us about white-label. Tell us how many clients you have and how you bill them. We will show you the agency dashboard, and if one of the options above suits you better, we will say so.
