A neutral comparison of a white-label site and funnel builder and a CRM-first platform: what each does well, what clients see and how costs grow per client.
Simvoly and GoHighLevel both let an agency put its own brand on software and sell it to clients, but they start from opposite ends. Simvoly is a website, funnel and store builder with a light CRM attached. GoHighLevel is a CRM and automation platform with a site and funnel builder attached. That difference decides what you end up reselling, how long setup takes and how your bill grows with each new client. This guide compares the two on building, CRM, white-label scope, client accounts, learning curve and cost, with prices checked at the time of writing (October 2026).

Choose Simvoly if your agency mainly sells websites, sales funnels and online stores, and your clients like to edit things themselves. It is cheaper to start, easier to learn and stronger on design and ecommerce.
Choose GoHighLevel if you sell lead follow-up as a monthly retainer: sales pipelines, two-way texting, booking reminders, review requests and long automated sequences. Its CRM and workflow builder are far deeper, and from the $297 plan up, one flat fee covers unlimited client accounts.
WebNewBiz is a fair third option if you want AI-built client sites plus a CRM and funnels in one branded panel, without learning a platform as large as GoHighLevel. We cover it further down, including where it falls short.
Simvoly began as a website builder and grew outwards into funnels, a store, email marketing, appointments, communities and courses. Its CRM, called Engage, comes free with every site and funnel and is built around contacts, tags and segments. What you sell is a website or a funnel, and the CRM supports it.
GoHighLevel (its own site now calls it HighLevel) was built for marketing agencies. Each client gets a sub-account with a CRM, pipelines, calendars, workflows, messaging across email, SMS, WhatsApp and Messenger, memberships, review requests and invoicing. Websites and funnels are included, but they exist to feed the pipeline. What you sell is a system for handling leads.
So Simvoly clients judge you on how their site looks and sells. GoHighLevel clients judge you on how many enquiries get answered and booked.
These are the agency plans listed on each vendor's own pricing page in October 2026, in US dollars per month.
| Plan | Price a month | Client accounts | Notable for agencies |
|---|---|---|---|
| Simvoly WL Basic | $59 yearly, $69 monthly | 1 project included, extra clients from $8 | Your logo, domain and custom CSS, client billing |
| Simvoly WL Advanced | $129 yearly, $149 monthly | 1 included, extra clients from $7 | Adds an affiliate programme and an unbranded help academy |
| Simvoly WL Ultimate | $429 yearly, $497 monthly | 1 included, extra clients from $5 | Unlimited websites and funnels in the included project |
| GoHighLevel Starter | $97 | 3 sub-accounts | Full features, HighLevel branding (per most guides) |
| GoHighLevel Unlimited | $297 | Unlimited | Branded app on your domain, rebill usage at cost |
| GoHighLevel Agency Pro | $497 | Unlimited | SaaS mode, usage markup, advanced API |

Simvoly is the stronger builder. Its drag-and-drop editor comes with hundreds of page, block and funnel templates, pop-up and header builders, and an AI text assistant for copy. Funnels support A/B tests, one-click upsells and downsells, bump offers and conversion analytics. The store sells physical and digital products, services and memberships. It handles variants, discount codes, recurring payments, and tax and shipping rules. You can choose from 15 payment processors, and Simvoly takes 0% in transaction fees (your payment processor still charges its own).
Reviewers find it easy for standard business sites, with some limits on very custom designs. For most local businesses that is the right trade.
GoHighLevel has a capable website and funnel builder for what it is meant for: landing pages, opt-in pages, booking pages and webinar funnels that drop leads straight into a pipeline. It is weaker as a shop. A detailed 2026 review points out that it is not an ecommerce platform: it has no inventory management and only limited handling of product variants. That is fine for a client who sells a few products or takes deposits. It is not enough for a real online store.
Verdict: if the website or store is the product, Simvoly wins. If the page is just the front door to a follow-up system, GoHighLevel's builder is good enough.
This is where GoHighLevel earns its price. Every sub-account gets sales pipelines, a workflow builder that runs on triggers, two-way conversations, calendars with reminders, email and text broadcasts, automated review requests, memberships, invoices and text-to-pay links. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and users. Reviewers who dislike the busy interface still tend to praise the workflow builder once they have learned it.
Simvoly's CRM is lighter. Contacts get profiles, tags, segments, custom properties, activity logs and form submissions. Its automation builder sends email, SMS, WhatsApp and voice messages. Flows can include delays, conditions that split them into branches, and conversion goals. That works well for a welcome series or a nurture sequence after an opt-in. We could not find a deals pipeline or invoicing on Simvoly's feature pages, so test those in the trial if your clients need them.
Watch the limits too. Simvoly client plans cap marketing subscribers and monthly email sends, so a client with a big list needs a larger plan or an add-on. GoHighLevel does not cap contacts, but it charges for every email, text and call.
Verdict: GoHighLevel, clearly, if follow-up and sales tracking are what you sell.
Simvoly is fully white-label on every WL plan. You add your logo, domain and custom CSS or JavaScript, and can restyle the builder with platform skins. You organise clients into projects and set access levels for your team. The self-service side stands out. Clients can register on your branded platform, pick one of your templates, build their site and subscribe to a plan you created. Billing runs through a payment processor you connect. WL Advanced and Ultimate add an affiliate programme and an unbranded help academy you can hand to clients.
GoHighLevel spreads white-label across its tiers. According to most 2026 guides, Starter still shows HighLevel branding. Unlimited ($297) adds the branded desktop app on your own domain, such as app.youragency.com. To sell the software itself, with your own plans, automatic client sign-up and Stripe billing, you need SaaS mode, which only comes with Agency Pro ($497). A branded mobile app is a further $497 a month.
GoHighLevel's best agency feature is snapshots. You build one client setup (website, funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars, custom fields and email templates) and load it into each new sub-account. If you serve one niche, that saves hours on every client. You still need to set up contacts, phone numbers, texting registration and connected accounts such as Stripe for each client.
If SaaS mode is the main attraction, our guide to GoHighLevel SaaS mode alternatives covers other ways to sell software under your own name.
Simvoly behaves like most drag-and-drop builders. A designer who has used Wix or Squarespace will find their way quickly, and so will many clients. That matters if you sell a do-it-yourself plan, because every confusing screen becomes a support ticket for you.
GoHighLevel is far bigger. One 2026 review estimates that new users spend 30 to 60 days getting oriented. It notes that there is no structured onboarding wizard and that the interface changes often enough to need retraining. There is setup work outside the app too:
None of this is a reason to avoid GoHighLevel. It is a reason to budget your own time honestly and to expect to do most of the building for clients.
The two pricing models pull in opposite directions. Simvoly charges a small fee for every extra client. GoHighLevel charges a flat platform fee, then bills usage on top. Here is the subscription cost at three sizes. It assumes Simvoly's included project goes to a client and that every client is on Simvoly's smallest client plan. GoHighLevel figures exclude usage.
| Clients | Simvoly WL Basic (yearly) | GoHighLevel |
|---|---|---|
| 3 | from $75 | $97 (Starter, HighLevel branding) |
| 10 | from $131 | $297 (Unlimited) |
| 30 | from $291 | $297, or $497 with SaaS mode |
At 30 small clients the two subscriptions are almost level, at roughly $10 a client either way. Three things move the numbers:
A summary, including WebNewBiz, which we cover next.
| Criteria | Simvoly | GoHighLevel | WebNewBiz |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strongest at | Websites, funnels, stores | CRM, texting, automation | AI-built sites with CRM and funnels |
| Client sites | Drag-and-drop, many templates | Good for landing pages and funnels | AI drafts the site, edit by chat |
| Online store | Full store, 15 payment processors | Basic, no inventory management | Cart and checkout with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay |
| CRM | Contacts, tags, segments, flows | Pipelines, workflows, two-way texting | Lead scoring, deals, bookings, invoices |
| Bulk SMS campaigns | SMS and WhatsApp campaigns | Yes, billed per message | Not built for it, two-way texting only |
| Agency entry price | $59 a month (yearly) | $97, or $297 for branding | On request |
| Ecosystem | Established | Large, many third-party snapshots | Young and small |
WebNewBiz suits agencies that want Simvoly's website-first approach and a proper CRM in the same account, with AI doing the first draft. It is younger and smaller than both, so here is what it does and does not do.
The honest limits:
If none of the three fits, our guides to Simvoly alternatives for agencies and white-label funnel builders cover more options.
Is Simvoly cheaper than GoHighLevel?
To start, yes. Simvoly's white-label plans start at $59 a month on yearly billing. GoHighLevel Starter costs $97, and Unlimited, where most guides say its branding begins, costs $297. Simvoly then adds a fee for each extra client, from $5 to $8 a month on its smallest client plan. At around 30 small clients the two cost about the same before GoHighLevel's usage charges.
Which has the better CRM and automation?
GoHighLevel, clearly. Every client account gets sales pipelines, trigger-based workflows, two-way texting, calendars, review requests and invoicing. Simvoly's CRM covers contacts, tags and segments, with email, SMS and WhatsApp flows, and we could not find a deals pipeline.
Which is better for client websites and online stores?
Simvoly. Its builder, templates and store are stronger, with variants, recurring payments, 15 payment processors and 0% Simvoly transaction fees. A 2026 review notes that GoHighLevel is not a full ecommerce platform.
Can I fully white-label both?
Yes, at different price points. Every Simvoly WL plan includes your branding, domain and client billing. With GoHighLevel the branded app starts on Unlimited ($297), and selling your own plans with automatic billing needs Agency Pro ($497). A branded mobile app costs $497 a month more.
How long does each take to learn?
Simvoly works like a familiar drag-and-drop builder, and reviewers find it easy for standard sites. GoHighLevel is much larger: one 2026 review estimates new users need 30 to 60 days to get oriented.
Is there an option with AI-built sites and a CRM in one branded panel?
WebNewBiz drafts each client site with AI from a plain description. It includes an AI CRM and funnel builder in the same panel, under your brand and at your prices. It is younger and smaller than both, and agency pricing is on request.
