Nine AI website builders judged on what agencies need: the AI first draft, white-label branding, client accounts, billing at your own prices and handover.
If you build websites for clients, an AI website builder is only worth it if it saves hours on every project and also handles the business side: your brand on the dashboard, separate client logins, billing at your own prices and a clean handover. This guide judges nine options on exactly those points: Duda, Wix Studio, 10Web, Brizy Cloud, Kopage, Dorik, Framer, Webflow and WebNewBiz. We make WebNewBiz, so we have tried to be strict with ourselves and say plainly where another platform is the better choice. Prices are in US dollars at the time of writing (October 2026).

Most AI website builder rankings are written for one business owner building one site, and many are sponsored or written by a vendor. An agency has different needs: many sites, years of upkeep, and clients who should see your name rather than the software company's. Judge every platform on five points:
Also ask what each site can do after launch. Lead capture, payments and follow-ups give you something to charge for every month, not just once.
Prices are for the cheapest plan with the agency features named, billed yearly unless stated, at the time of writing (October 2026).

Duda has been built around agencies for years, and it shows in the details. Its AI site generation now takes uploaded files such as a client brief or a call transcript alongside your prompt, and builds a multi-page site from scratch or from a template. Paid plans include 150 AI credits a month, with top-ups available.
Around the build you get unlimited client accounts, role-based permissions so clients edit only what you allow, and client billing through your own Stripe account (one-off or recurring) from the Team plan up. Duda dropped its own fee on client billing, so you pay only Stripe's processing. Full white-label, covering the builder, dashboard and emails, needs the White Label plan.
Prices: Basic $19, Team $29, Agency $52 and White Label $149 a month billed yearly ($25, $39, $69 and $199 billed monthly). Agency and White Label include four sites, and more sites cost extra, per site.
Watch out for: the jump to $149 a month before your brand replaces Duda's, and per-site charges that add up as your portfolio grows.
Wix Studio is Wix's platform for agencies and freelancers. Its agency AI focuses on planning: it drafts a visual sitemap and wireframes from the business type, goals and audience, which you can export into a proposal and build out in the editor, with AI help for text, images and code. It is less 'describe the business, get a finished site' than some others here, but the layout control is excellent.
For client work there are roles and project permissions, a content-only editing mode for clients, and built-in proposals, quotes, recurring invoices and payment reminders. You can transfer billing ownership to the client, and partners can earn a revenue share on clients' yearly plans. The workspace is free; each client site needs its own paid Wix plan.
Watch out for: this is not a full white-label. Wix says partners cannot yet fully customise the client dashboard, so clients will know they are on Wix. Wix sites also cannot be exported as files to another host.
10Web builds every site as a standard WordPress install on managed hosting, which is its biggest strength for agencies. The AI can start from what a client already has: a prompt, their old website, a page cloned from a URL or a Figma file. Because it is WordPress, you can add any plugin or theme and move a site elsewhere later.
The agency plans add a branded dashboard and builder, a dashboard for each client showing their sites, orders and stats, staff logins with roles, and billing through your own Stripe or PayPal with your own plans, retainers and add-ons.
Prices: Agency Starter is $42.50 a month billed yearly for 10 sites. Agency Core, $80 a month billed yearly for 20 sites, is where the branded dashboard and client billing are listed, with a 7% transaction fee on client billing that can drop on the custom Agency Pro tier.
Watch out for: WordPress brings plugin updates and occasional conflicts, and that 7% fee is worth modelling against your expected client revenue.
Brizy began as a drag-and-drop builder and has added an AI builder that generates a starting site for you to refine in the visual editor. Treat the AI as a quick first pass: most of the craft still happens by hand, which suits agencies that like control over layout.
White-label sits on the White Label plan rather than the cheaper Agency plan. It covers your own platform domain, your branding, client emails sent as you, client account management and a Stripe integration for billing clients. It costs $1,590 a year or $159 billed monthly, with 10 sites included and extra sites at $8 a month each.
Watch out for: test how much of the AI draft you actually keep, using a real client brief, before you commit a year's fee.
Kopage is a smaller, simpler AI website builder with white-label on every plan: no 'powered by' notice and no Kopage logo anywhere in the back end. Sites start on a subdomain, and you can point a custom domain at each one. Hosting and SSL are included.
There are two ways to work. In the agency-managed model you build sites and share access when they are ready, and Kopage does no billing at all: you invoice clients your own way at your own prices. In the self-serve model, clients sign up on your branded platform and pay online by Stripe at the subscription price you set. Agency plans start at $49 a month, which includes your first five websites.
Watch out for: it is a lighter tool, so check that the editor and templates stretch far enough for your bigger clients.
Dorik pairs an AI site generator with a white-label CMS for agencies. White-label features switch on with the Business and Agency plans: a branded workspace for each project, the builder hosted on your own domain and a separate login for each client. The Agency plan adds unlimited domains and collaborators plus client billing: you connect your own Stripe account, set monthly or yearly prices and invoice from the dashboard. Dorik says it takes no commission on client payments, so only Stripe's fees apply.
Watch out for: we could not confirm the current Agency price on Dorik's own site at the time of writing, and third-party listings disagree, so check it directly. As with every tool here, test the AI with a real brief.
Framer is a favourite of design studios for good reason: the sites look sharp, and its AI can draft pages and rewrite copy from a prompt. It is not a white-label platform, though. The usual handover is a project transfer: the client accepts it, picks a site plan and pays Framer directly, and you can choose to stay on as an editor.
Prices: site plans are $10 (Basic) and $30 (Pro) a month per site, with extra editors at $20 a month each. There is no built-in checkout, so online stores need a third-party tool.
Watch out for: you earn from design time, not from reselling the platform, and clients deal with Framer for their hosting bill.
Webflow's AI site builder drafts a multi-page site with a starting design system (colours, type and spacing) from a description, on all plans. For complex CMS work and precise design control it is the strongest tool here, but it has a real learning curve and is not white-label: clients see Webflow.
Billing runs through client payments on the Freelancer and Agency workspace plans: the site stays in your workspace while the client pays Webflow directly, and you can transfer it to the client's own workspace later. Handover is clean, but you are not reselling hosting at your own margin. Site plans start at $15 (Basic) and $25 (Premium) a month billed yearly, and ecommerce from $29 with a 2% fee on Standard. Our Wix Studio vs Webflow comparison for agencies goes further.
This is our platform, so weigh this section accordingly. You describe the client's business in plain language and the AI drafts a complete site (pages, layout and copy). You then change it by chatting with the AI Copilot or in the Design Studio visual editor. The draft still needs the client's real facts, photos and your own judgement before it goes live.
The agency side is a full white-label: your name, logo, colours and favicon on the dashboard, clients logging in at your own domain (such as app.youragency.com), and invites, emails and invoice PDFs branded as you. You create client accounts with plan limits, log in as a client to do the work or let them self-serve, and sell your own packages (recurring, one-off or free, with optional setup fees) from your own storefront page, paid into your own Stripe or PayPal.
The bigger difference is what sits inside each client site, depending on the plan you sell: an online store, an AI CRM that scores leads and sends invoices that chase themselves, a funnel builder, workflow automations and email campaigns. That gives you monthly services to sell beyond hosting. Our white-label website builder for agencies and white-label CRM for agencies pages explain each part.
Watch out for: WebNewBiz is younger and smaller than Duda, Wix Studio or Webflow, with a much smaller app ecosystem and community. Agency pricing is not published; it is agreed when you talk to us. If a client leaves, their content and domain move with them, but the layout has to be rebuilt elsewhere.
Every vendor demo uses a business that flatters its templates. Run your own test during each trial instead:
A tool with a slightly weaker draft but quick edits often beats a beautiful draft that is slow to change, because revisions are where agency hours go.
Most agencies leave this question until a client asks. The platforms here fall into three groups:
Put the answer in your contract: the client should own their domain, you agree who owns the content and photos, and you state what you hand over if they leave. If this is your first resale offer, our guide to reselling websites to clients covers the business side.
If you are choosing between the two biggest names, our Duda vs Wix Studio for agencies guide puts them side by side.
What is the best AI website builder for agencies?
There is no single winner. Duda is the most proven white-label platform, 10Web suits WordPress agencies, Webflow and Framer suit design-led studios, and WebNewBiz suits agencies that want AI drafts and a CRM under their own brand. Choose on white-label, client billing and handover, not just the AI demo.
Which AI website builders are fully white-label?
Duda (White Label plan), 10Web (Agency Core and above), Brizy Cloud (White Label plan), Kopage (every plan), Dorik (Business and Agency plans) and WebNewBiz. Wix Studio offers partial branding, and Framer and Webflow are not white-label.
Can I bill clients at my own prices?
Yes on Duda, 10Web, Brizy Cloud, Dorik, Kopage and WebNewBiz, with payments going to your own account. Wix Studio has its own invoicing tools. On Framer and Webflow the client usually pays the platform for hosting and you charge separately for your work.
Is the AI first draft good enough to show a client?
Rarely as it stands. Treat it as a fast first pass on structure and copy, then add real facts, photos and your design judgement before the client sees it.
How much does a white-label AI website builder cost?
At the time of writing (October 2026): Kopage from $49 a month (5 sites), 10Web Agency Core $80 a month billed yearly (20 sites), Duda White Label $149 a month billed yearly and Brizy Cloud White Label $159 billed monthly. WebNewBiz agency pricing is agreed when you talk to us.
If you want AI drafts, chat editing and a CRM under your own brand, talk to us about white-label and we will explain how it works and what it costs for your number of clients. If another platform on this list suits your agency better, that is a fine outcome too.
