Nine programs that let you sell websites under your own brand, sorted by how they pay you: white-label rebrand, markup or partner commission.
A website reseller program lets you sell websites under your own name while another company runs the software and hosting. Finding one is easy. Working out how each one actually pays you is harder. Some let you rebrand everything and bill clients yourself, some sell you products at wholesale for you to mark up, and some give you a discount or commission while the vendor keeps the customer. This guide compares nine programs on exactly that: who owns the billing, whether your own Stripe or PayPal works, what it costs to start, and where the limits are.

Before comparing names, sort the programs by business model. The model decides who your client thinks they are buying from, and who keeps the client if you leave the platform.
None of these is wrong. Rebrand programs give you the most control and the most work. Commission programs are the least work, but the client never really belongs to you.
Prices are in US dollars at the time of writing (October 2026), taken from each vendor's own pricing pages where they were available. Duda, Simvoly and 10Web figures are for annual billing, which is cheaper than paying monthly.
| Program | How you earn | Entry price for reselling | Sites included | Who bills the client | Your own Stripe or PayPal |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Duda | Rebrand | $149/month (White Label plan) | 4, then $168 a year each | You | Stripe only |
| Simvoly | Rebrand | $59/month (WL Basic) | 2 sites and 10 funnels | You | You connect your own processor |
| Brizy Cloud | Rebrand | $159/month or $1,590 a year | 10, then $8/month each | Listed as a feature, details not published | Ask before buying |
| 10Web | Rebrand | $80/month (Agency Core, where branding and billing start) | 20 | You | Stripe or PayPal, with a 7% 10Web fee on Core |
| SiteSwan | Rebrand | Flat monthly licence, check current price | Up to 100 on Pro, then $5/month each | You, through its dashboard | Processor not named |
| WebNewBiz | Rebrand | Not published, talk to us | Not published | You | Yes, Stripe or PayPal |
| Vendasta | Markup | $99/month minimum spend (co-branded), $499 for a white-label portal | Unlimited client accounts, products bought at wholesale | You, at your own retail price | Vendasta Payments (Stripe-powered), 2.9% + $0.30 |
| GoHighLevel | Markup and rebrand | $297/month for unlimited sub-accounts, $497 for SaaS mode | Unlimited on both plans | You | Your own Stripe |
| GoDaddy Pro | Commission or discount | Free (Reseller storefront from $53.88 a year) | Not applicable | GoDaddy | No |

Duda. A mature platform built specifically for agencies. Full white labelling of the editor and client dashboard comes with the White Label plan: $149 a month billed annually ($199 monthly), with 4 sites included and extra sites at $168 a year each ($17 a month on monthly billing). Client Billing is available from the cheaper Team plan ($29 a month annually) and runs through your own Stripe account. Duda says it adds no fee on top of Stripe's. One useful detail: a site can publish automatically once the first payment arrives and unpublish if a client stops paying. The catch is the per-site cost, which adds up as you grow. Our guide to Duda alternatives for agencies covers the trade-offs in more detail.
Simvoly. Sites and sales funnels under your brand at a modest entry price. WL Basic is $59 a month billed annually ($69 monthly) for 2 websites and 10 funnels. WL Advanced is $129 for 5 websites and unlimited funnels, and WL Ultimate is $429 for unlimited websites and funnels. Each extra project carries a reseller fee of $5 to $8 a month depending on the plan. Clients can register on your branded platform, pick a template and subscribe on their own, while you create the plans and connect your payment processor. Simvoly's page does not name which processors it supports, so confirm Stripe or PayPal before you build your packages around it.
Brizy Cloud. The White Label plan is $159 a month or $1,590 a year, with 10 sites included and extra sites at $8 a month. That makes it one of the cheaper options per site once you have 10 to 20 clients. Brizy offers a reseller route, where clients sign up to your branded builder and make their own sites, as well as the option to build sites for clients yourself. Brizy lists client billing among its reseller features, but its pricing page does not explain how payments are processed or whose account they land in. Get the answer in writing before you commit.
10Web. AI-generated sites built on WordPress, which some clients specifically ask for. Agency Starter is $42.50 a month billed annually ($85 monthly) for 10 sites. Agency Core is $80 a month annually ($160 monthly) for 20 sites, and adds the branded dashboard and builder plus client billing through Stripe or PayPal, with payments going to you. Read the fine print: 10Web takes a 7% billing transaction fee on Core, falling to as low as 0% on the custom-priced Agency Pro for 50 sites and up. The per-site cost is the lowest of the published prices in this guide, but that 7% grows with your revenue.
SiteSwan. Aimed at people starting a local web design business, often part-time. You pay a flat monthly licence, set your own prices, keep 100% of what you charge, and bill clients from the SiteSwan dashboard with recurring payments into your bank account. The Pro plan covers up to 100 sites, with extra sites at $5 a month each. Annual billing gives two months free, and the Agency and Pro plans include a local prospecting tool for finding clients. We could not confirm the current tier prices on SiteSwan's own site, so check its pricing page or book its demo. One thing to weigh carefully: SiteSwan says sites go offline when you cancel, so plan your exit before 50 clients depend on you.
WebNewBiz. This is our own platform, so keep that in mind as you read. Your name, logo, colours and favicon go on the dashboard, and clients log in on your own domain (such as app.youragency.com). The login page, invites, emails and invoice PDFs all carry your brand, and email can go through your own SMTP. You create client accounts, put each on a plan with limits, suspend them if needed, and either log in to do the work for them or let them self-serve. You sell your own packages (recurring, one-off or free, weekly to yearly, with an optional setup fee and several currencies) from your own storefront page, and payments go to your own Stripe or PayPal. Each client site is drafted by AI from a plain description and edited by chat. Depending on the plan you sell, clients can also get an online store, AI CRM and funnels. If you want to sell the CRM on its own, see our page on white-label CRM for agencies.
The honest limits: WebNewBiz is younger and smaller than Duda or GoHighLevel, with a much smaller app ecosystem and community. There is no public agency price list, so you have to talk to us. The AI first draft still needs real photos and facts from the client. Sites also cannot be exported as files to another host: content and domains move, but the layout has to be rebuilt. The full feature list is on our white-label website builder for agencies page.
Vendasta. Instead of charging a flat subscription, Vendasta has a $0 platform fee with a minimum monthly spend. Starter is $99 (billed monthly, no contract, co-branded with Vendasta), Professional is $499 (one-year contract, white-label client portal) and Premium is $999 (one-year contract, multi-location tools). You pay the first month when you sign. From month two, every dollar spent on qualifying wholesale products comes off the fee, though third-party marketplace products do not count. You set the retail price, so your margin is the gap between wholesale and what you charge. Its payment tool, Vendasta Payments, is powered by Stripe and charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Vendasta suits agencies selling a broad catalogue of local marketing products (reviews, social posting and more) alongside WordPress hosting for websites. If you only want to sell websites, it is a lot of platform to carry.
GoHighLevel. Best known as a CRM and automation platform, with a website and funnel builder included. Starter is $97 a month with 3 sub-accounts, Unlimited is $297 with unlimited sub-accounts, and Agency Pro is $497. You connect your own Stripe account, charge clients whatever you like, and can white-label the web app. The markup comes with Agency Pro: SaaS mode creates client accounts automatically and rebills phone and email usage with your markup added. A branded mobile app is a separate $497-a-month add-on. There is a 14-day free trial. It is strongest for marketing agencies selling leads, texting and automation. If your clients mainly want a well-designed website, you are paying for a lot you will not use.
GoDaddy Pro. Free to join. Members get a 30% discount on qualifying purchases for themselves or their clients and rewards on purchases made through connected client accounts. They also get the Hub, a dashboard for managing client WordPress sites with bulk updates, backups and security checks (some premium features cost extra per site). You can buy products on a client's behalf or send them a cart to pay. It is not white-label: the client buys from GoDaddy and sees GoDaddy. It works best for freelancers who want cheaper hosting and a maintenance dashboard rather than a resale business.
GoDaddy's separate Reseller program is closer to white-label. It gives you a branded storefront for GoDaddy products at $53.88 a year for Basic (up to 25 customers) or $89.88 a year for Pro (unlimited customers), with buy rates up to 20% or 40% below retail. You set the prices, but a GoDaddy company handles the contract and payment in the background and you receive the net commission. The cost and effort are low, but the billing and the customer record are not yours.
Headline prices hide the real cost. This table shows the platform fee alone for 20 client sites at the time of writing. It leaves out payment processing, domains and your time.
| Program | Plan used | Monthly platform cost for 20 sites | Per site |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10Web | Agency Core, annual | $80 plus 7% of what you bill through it | $4 plus the fee |
| Simvoly | WL Basic, annual | From $203 | From about $10 |
| Brizy Cloud | White Label, monthly | $239 | About $12 |
| GoHighLevel | Unlimited | $297 | About $15 |
| Duda | White Label, annual | $373 | About $19 |
| GoHighLevel | Agency Pro (SaaS mode) | $497 | About $25 |
Vendasta, SiteSwan and WebNewBiz are not in the table. Vendasta charges per wholesale product, and the other two do not publish the prices needed for this sum.
Then set that cost against what you charge. SiteSwan suggests its resellers charge $500 to $1,500 up front and $49 to $99 a month. At those prices every row leaves a margin, so the cheapest platform per site is not automatically the best. GoHighLevel's fee includes a CRM and texting, Duda's buys a mature agency platform, and 10Web's 7% fee matters more as your revenue grows. Our guide to web design pricing packages helps you set prices that cover both the platform and your time.

What is a website reseller program?
It is a program that lets you sell websites built on another company's platform to your own clients. Depending on the program, you rebrand the software and bill clients yourself, buy at wholesale and add a markup, or earn a discount or commission while the vendor bills the client.
Which website reseller program is cheapest to start?
GoDaddy Pro is free, but it is not white-label. Among the white-label programs, Simvoly's WL Basic is $59 a month billed annually at the time of writing (October 2026). 10Web's Agency Starter is cheaper at $42.50 a month, but its branded dashboard and client billing start on Agency Core at $80 a month.
Can I bill clients through my own Stripe or PayPal account?
Yes with Duda (Stripe only, Team plan and above), GoHighLevel (Stripe), 10Web (Stripe or PayPal from Agency Core) and WebNewBiz (Stripe or PayPal). Vendasta offers its own Stripe-powered Vendasta Payments, and GoDaddy's programs bill the client themselves.
What happens to client sites if I leave a reseller program?
It varies, so ask before you sign. SiteSwan says sites go offline when you cancel. On WebNewBiz, content and domains can move, but the layout has to be rebuilt elsewhere because sites cannot be exported as files.
Is WebNewBiz a good choice for reselling websites?
It suits agencies that want AI-drafted sites with an online store, CRM and funnels under their own brand, sold at their own prices through their own Stripe or PayPal. It is younger and smaller than Duda or GoHighLevel and has no public agency price list, so you need to contact us for pricing.
If WebNewBiz sounds like a fit for your agency, the most useful next step is a short conversation: talk to us about white-label and we will go through agency pricing, limits and setup with you. If you would rather look around first, see how the AI website builder works, or start for $1 and build a test site for your own business. The standard plans have no minimum contract, and you can cancel any time.
