We worked out the monthly cost per client site on eight white-label and agency platforms at 5, 25 and 50 clients, plus the fees most pricing pages bury.
White label website builder pricing is hard to compare because every platform charges in a different way. Some charge per site, some charge a flat fee and one sets a minimum monthly spend. Most roundups list plan prices and stop there, so this guide does the sums. Using published US prices at the time of writing (October 2026), it works out what one client site costs each month on Duda, Brizy Cloud, Simvoly, 10Web, Dorik, Vendasta, GoHighLevel and the Wix Studio partner route, at 5, 25 and 50 clients. It then lists the extra fees that pricing pages tend to bury.

At 5 clients, most white-label plans cost $15-35 per site per month, because a base fee is spread over very few sites. By 50 clients, flat-fee and bundled plans fall to roughly $2-10 per site. Pure per-site pricing (Duda, Wix Studio) stays in the mid-teens or higher.
GoHighLevel and Vendasta look expensive at small volume because you are paying for a marketing platform, not just a website builder. The lowest headline price is also rarely the lowest real price. Branding locked behind a higher tier, a cut of client payments or SMS usage can each cost more than the plan itself.
Each pricing model behaves differently as you grow, so check which one you are buying.
A fifth group only quotes on request: 10Web Agency Pro, Duda Custom, Brizy Enterprise and WebNewBiz's agency programme. For the wider field, see our guide to the best website reseller programmes.
These are planning numbers, not quotes. Vendors change prices often, so check the live pricing page before you set your own packages.

Notes on the maths:
Two things stand out. Flat fees win at volume: from about 25 clients, GoHighLevel Unlimited is cheaper per site than Brizy White Label. And Duda is the most expensive of the per-site builders at every size. Agencies that choose it are paying for a mature agency platform.
Duda. Basic is $19, Team $29, Agency $52 and White Label $149 a month on annual billing ($25, $39, $69 and $199 billed monthly). Agency and White Label include four sites, and each extra site costs $17 a month or $168 a year. Putting your own logo and domain on the builder, dashboard and platform emails is a White Label plan feature, so the Agency plan does not count as white label. Ecommerce and bookings are separate per-site subscriptions. Our Duda pricing for agencies guide goes into more detail.
Brizy Cloud. The Agency plan is $69 a month ($690 a year) with 10 sites and $12 per extra site, but it has no white label. White Label is $159 a month ($1,590 a year) with 10 sites and $8 per extra site. It adds your own platform domain, branded client communication and client account management. Enterprise is quote-only.
Simvoly. WL Basic is $59, WL Advanced $129 and WL Ultimate $429 a month on annual billing ($69, $149 and $497 billed monthly). Each client is a project, priced by what it includes. Depending on your plan, a one-site project is $8, $7 or $5 a month, a site with funnels is $25, $22 or $15, and bigger bundles cost more. You set your own plans and bill clients through your own payment processor.
10Web. 10Web is built on WordPress. Agency Starter is $42.50 a month for 10 sites. Agency Core is $80 a month billed yearly for 20 sites, then $4 for each extra site, and it includes a branded dashboard and builder. Agency Pro (50+ sites) is quote-only and advertised from $2.50 a site. Core takes 7% of client billing. The pricing page also shows its prices as discounts from a regular price about twice as high, so ask what renewal costs. You also take on WordPress plugin upkeep for every site.
Dorik. The Agency plan is $79 a month billed yearly ($948) or $99 billed monthly. It includes unlimited custom domains and collaborators and client billing through your own Stripe account, and Dorik takes no commission on client payments. Before you move every client over, test it on the most demanding site you build today.
Vendasta. There is no subscription, but there is a minimum monthly spend. Starter needs $99 (co-branded with Vendasta, no contract), Professional $499 (white-label client portal, one-year contract) and Premium $999. Qualifying purchases count towards the minimum, and unused minimum does not roll over. It suits agencies that resell a wide range of local marketing products, not just websites.
GoHighLevel. Starter is $97 a month with three client sub-accounts. Unlimited is $297 a month ($2,970 a year) with unlimited sub-accounts. Most independent guides say it also includes a branded desktop app on your own domain. Agency Pro at $497 adds SaaS mode, so you can sell your own plans and mark up phone and email usage. A white-label mobile app is an add-on at $497 a month. You are paying for a CRM, funnel and messaging suite, not just a site builder.
Wix Studio partner route. This route is not white label. The Studio workspace is free, and each client site needs its own Studio plan: Basic $19 (cannot take payments), Standard $27, Plus $34 or Elite $159 a month on annual billing. You can send the client a payment request so that Wix bills them directly, including renewals. Partners earn 20% of yearly Studio plans (30% for Legend partners). Your logo can appear on client site dashboards and invites, but clients know they are on Wix.
WebNewBiz is an AI website builder with an online store and an AI CRM in one platform, and it runs a white-label programme for agencies. The dashboard shows your name, logo, colours and favicon. Clients log in on your own domain (for example app.youragency.com), and the login page, invites, emails and invoice PDFs all carry your brand. You can also send email through your own SMTP.
You create the client accounts and put each one on a plan with limits (websites, team members, features). You can suspend a client, and you can either log in as them to do the work or let them run things themselves. You sell at your own prices from your own storefront page: recurring, one-off or free packages, billed weekly to yearly, with optional setup fees and several currencies. Payments go into your own Stripe or PayPal account. Each client site is built the normal way: describe the business, the AI drafts the site, then you edit it by chat. Which tools a client gets, such as the store, AI CRM and funnels, depends on the plan you sell them. If you also resell CRM, see our white-label CRM for agencies page.
Now the limits. Agency pricing is not published, so WebNewBiz is not in the table above and you need to ask for a quote. It is younger and smaller than Duda, GoHighLevel or Webflow's agency programmes, and its app ecosystem is much smaller. The AI's first draft also still needs each client's own photos and facts. When you ask for a quote, ask for the cost per site at 5, 25 and 50 clients so you can compare it line by line with the table. The full feature list is on our white-label website builder for agencies page.
Whichever platforms you shortlist, ask each vendor the same six questions:
Once you know your true cost per site, setting client prices is simple arithmetic. Our guide to web design pricing packages shows how agencies build a margin into monthly plans.
How much does a white label website builder cost?
At the time of writing (October 2026), white-label plans start at about $59-149 a month on annual billing (Simvoly WL Basic $59, Dorik Agency $79, 10Web Agency Core $80, Brizy White Label $132.50, Duda White Label $149). Most also charge for each extra site. GoHighLevel Unlimited is $297 a month and Vendasta's white-label tier needs a $499 monthly minimum.
What is the cheapest white label website builder per site?
On paper, the flat-fee plans. Dorik's Agency plan works out at about $3 a site with 25 clients and under $2 with 50. 10Web Agency Core is about $4 a site from 25 clients but takes 7% of client billing. A low price per site only helps if the builder covers what your clients need.
Is Wix Studio white label?
Not fully. You can put your logo on client site dashboards and invites, but Wix bills the clients and they can see the site runs on Wix. Partners earn 20% of yearly Studio plans, or 30% as Legend partners.
What hidden costs should agencies check?
Branding locked behind a higher tier, a percentage of client payments, text, email and call usage, per-site store add-ons, AI credit top-ups, extra seats, introductory prices that rise at renewal, contracts, and the cost of moving client sites if you leave.
How much does WebNewBiz charge agencies for white label?
WebNewBiz does not publish agency pricing. Agencies get a quote through the contact page. Its public plans for single businesses cost $9 to $199 a month after a $1 first month.
If you run an agency, talk to us about white-label and ask for the cost per site at your number of clients. To see what your clients would actually use, read about our AI website builder or try the free AI Website Preview, which designs a homepage from one sentence. You can also test it on your own business site: start for $1, with no contract and the option to cancel any time.
