Duda, Simvoly, 10Web, Brizy Cloud, GoHighLevel and WebNewBiz compared on platform fees, per-site costs, client billing, branded logins, CRM and stores.
SiteSwan sells a flat-fee white-label licence to people who build websites for local businesses: you pay one monthly fee, build client sites from its templates and charge whatever you like. Plenty of resellers do well with it. The usual reasons to look around are the cost per site at lower volumes, the lack of a CRM, a PayPal-based store and how much you can sell beyond a brochure site. This guide compares SiteSwan with Duda, Simvoly, 10Web, Brizy Cloud, GoHighLevel and WebNewBiz on the numbers that decide your margin, with prices checked at the time of writing (October 2026).

SiteSwan's model is easy to understand. You pay a flat monthly licence fee, set your own prices and keep the whole sale. SiteSwan suggests charging a local business around $500 to set up a typical five-page site and $50 a month after that. That tells you who it is built for: plumbers, salons, dentists and other small firms that want a tidy site and someone to call when something needs changing.
Review directories such as Capterra and TrustRadius list the Agency plan at about $199 a month for around 20 sites and the Pro plan at about $300 a month. The listings do not all agree, so confirm the current figures on SiteSwan's pricing page before you compare.
Reviewers generally praise SiteSwan's support and templates. Resellers who look elsewhere usually hit one of these limits:

US dollars per month at the time of writing (October 2026). SiteSwan figures come from review directories. The rest come from vendor pricing pages and recent comparisons.
| Platform | White-label plan | Client sites included | Each extra site |
|---|---|---|---|
| SiteSwan | Agency about $199, Pro about $300 | About 20 (Agency), up to 100 (Pro) | $5 beyond 100 |
| Duda | White Label $149 billed yearly ($199 monthly) | 4 | $17, or $168 a year |
| Simvoly | WL Basic $59 or WL Advanced $129 billed yearly ($69 or $149 monthly) | 2 or 5 websites, plus funnels | From $8 or $7, more for store-level sites |
| 10Web | Agency Starter $42.50 or Agency Core $80 billed yearly ($85 or $160 monthly) | 10 or 20 | About $4 on yearly billing |
| Brizy Cloud | White Label $159 ($1,590 a year) | 10 | $8 |
| GoHighLevel | Unlimited $297 or Agency Pro $497 | Unlimited client accounts | No site fee; phone and email usage extra |
| WebNewBiz | Not published; quoted on request | Quoted on request | Quoted on request |
Two cheaper plans are left out on purpose. Brizy Cloud's $69 Agency plan is not white-label, and GoHighLevel's $97 Starter plan is capped at three client accounts. Neither works for a reseller with a growing client list.
Billing and upsells matter as much as the licence fee, because they decide what else you can charge for.
| Platform | Bill clients through your own account | Branded client login | CRM | Online store |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SiteSwan | Yes, your Stripe (Agency and Pro) | Yes, white-label dashboard | None listed | Yes, via PayPal Business, no commission |
| Duda | Yes, your Stripe, no Duda fee | Yes, on your platform domain | None built in | Per-site add-on, from $7 |
| Simvoly | Yes, your Stripe | Yes, on your own domain | Yes, with email automation | Yes, on higher site plans |
| 10Web | Stripe or PayPal on Agency Core, 7% fee | Yes, on Agency Core | Contacts, pipeline and tasks listed | Yes, WordPress-based |
| Brizy Cloud | Enterprise plan only | Yes, own platform domain | None listed | Shops add-on, on request |
| GoHighLevel | Yes, SaaS mode on Agency Pro | From Unlimited; mobile app extra | Yes, its core product | Yes, basic store |
| WebNewBiz | Yes, your Stripe or PayPal | Yes, on your own domain | AI CRM, on plans that include it | Yes, on plans that include it |
These figures are platform cost only. Each uses the cheapest plan that lists a branded dashboard, before card fees, domains, store add-ons and usage charges.
| Platform and plan | 10 clients | 25 clients | 50 clients |
|---|---|---|---|
| SiteSwan Agency, then Pro (directory prices) | about $199 | about $300 | about $300 |
| Duda White Label (yearly) | $233 | $443 | $793 |
| Simvoly WL Basic (yearly) | $123 | $243 | $443 |
| 10Web Agency Core (yearly) | $80 | $100 | $200 |
| Brizy Cloud White Label (monthly) | $159 | $279 | $479 |
| GoHighLevel Unlimited (monthly) | $297 | $297 | $297 |
On paper 10Web is cheapest, but Agency Core takes 7% of what you bill clients through it. If you bill 25 clients $50 a month, that adds $87.50, about $188 in total, which is still low.
Duda costs the most as you grow because every site carries its own fee, and a store adds a per-site eCommerce plan from $7 a month. Simvoly's figures assume simple sites: store-level sites carry a higher fee and WL Basic includes only 2 admin seats. SiteSwan and GoHighLevel reward volume, since their price barely moves between 25 and 50 clients.
Duda is a long-established platform built for agencies that care about design quality and a clean client experience. The White Label plan costs $149 a month billed yearly ($199 monthly) with 4 sites. Each extra site is $17 a month or $168 a year. White-labelling covers the editor, the multi-site dashboard, preview pages and platform emails, on your own platform domain.
From the Team plan up, Client Billing runs through your own Stripe account for one-off and recurring charges, and Duda says it adds no fee of its own. Stores and bookings are separate per-site plans, starting at $7 a month billed yearly for up to 100 products with no transaction fee. There is no built-in CRM; you connect one through integrations or the API.
Better than SiteSwan if you sell higher-priced, design-led sites. Worse if you sell many low-priced sites, because the per-site fee eats the margin. Our Duda alternatives for agencies guide goes further.
Simvoly is the closest swap if you like SiteSwan's model of one licence and your own prices but want more to sell. White Label Basic is $59 a month billed yearly ($69 monthly) with 2 websites and 10 funnels. White Label Advanced is $129 ($149 monthly) with 5 websites and unlimited funnels. Extra projects carry a wholesale fee from $8 a month on Basic or $7 on Advanced, and more for sites on a store-level plan.
The builder runs on your own domain and clients log in under your branded URL. You create plans and bill clients through your own Stripe account. Every site or funnel comes with its own CRM and email automation, and the higher site plans include a store with unlimited products and no transaction fee.
Better than SiteSwan if clients want funnels, email follow-up or a proper store. Worse if you rely on SiteSwan's prospecting and mockup tools to win clients.
10Web uses AI to help build each client site as a standard WordPress install, so any WordPress plugin works and a site can grow with the client. Agency Starter is $42.50 a month billed yearly ($85 monthly) for 10 sites. Agency Core is $80 billed yearly ($160 monthly) for 20 sites, with extra sites at about $4 a month.
Agency Core lists a branded dashboard and builder, plus client billing through your own Stripe or PayPal, but 10Web takes a 7% transaction fee on that billing. Agency Pro, for 50 or more sites, is custom priced with a fee as low as 0%.
Better than SiteSwan if you know WordPress and want the lowest platform cost. Worse if you dislike giving up a percentage of client revenue, or your clients find WordPress too much.
Brizy pitches its visual editor at non-technical users, which helps if clients edit their own sites. The White Label plan is $159 a month (or $1,590 a year) with 10 sites, and extra sites are $8 a month. It includes your own platform domain, rebranding and client account management.
The catch for resellers is billing. Brizy's support team says Stripe-based client billing belongs to the Enterprise plan, not the standard White Label plan. Stores are a paid Brizy Shops add-on per site, switched on for white-label accounts on request, and no CRM is listed.
Better than SiteSwan if your clients do their own edits. Worse if you want billing built in without going Enterprise.
GoHighLevel is a CRM and marketing platform with a website and funnel builder attached, not a website builder with extras. Starter is $97 a month with 3 client accounts. Unlimited ($297) removes that cap, and most guides say the branded dashboard on your own domain starts on this plan. Agency Pro ($497) adds SaaS mode: you can sell the platform to clients as your own subscription, create their accounts automatically and rebill phone and email with a markup.
You get pipelines, a basic store, payments and deep automation. You also get a learning curve, usage charges on top of the plan, and a white-label mobile app that costs an extra $497 a month. If you are weighing it against Simvoly, see Simvoly vs GoHighLevel for agencies.
Better than SiteSwan if clients pay you mainly for leads, follow-up and reviews. Worse if they just want a good website at a fair monthly fee.
WebNewBiz is our platform, so read this section with that in mind. The main difference from SiteSwan is how a site gets built. You describe the client's business in plain language, the AI drafts the pages, layout and copy, and you change things by chatting with the AI Copilot instead of dragging blocks around.
The honest limits: WebNewBiz is younger and smaller than Duda's or GoHighLevel's agency programmes, with a much smaller ecosystem. Agency pricing is not published, so you have to ask. The AI draft still needs your edits, real photos and facts. There is also no property listing (IDX/MLS) feed for estate agents and no crew dispatch for field services. More detail is on our white-label website builder for agencies and white-label CRM for agencies pages.
Switching costs time and some client goodwill, so do not move for the sake of it. SiteSwan remains a sound choice if:
What is the best SiteSwan alternative?
It depends on what you sell. Duda suits design-led agencies, Simvoly suits resellers who want funnels, a CRM and stores on a budget, 10Web has the lowest per-site cost on WordPress, GoHighLevel suits marketing-led agencies, and WebNewBiz suits resellers who want AI-drafted sites with a CRM and store under their own brand.
How much does SiteSwan cost?
Review directories list the Agency plan at about $199 a month and the Pro plan at about $300 a month for up to 100 sites, with extra sites at $5 a month each beyond 100. Yearly billing gives two months free. Confirm current prices with SiteSwan, as listings vary.
Does SiteSwan include a CRM?
No CRM is listed on SiteSwan's plans. It offers client billing, a prospecting tool and reputation management. Simvoly, GoHighLevel and WebNewBiz include a CRM you can resell to clients.
Which alternatives let me bill clients through my own Stripe account?
Duda (Team plan and up, no Duda fee), Simvoly, 10Web Agency Core (Stripe or PayPal, with a 7% fee), GoHighLevel's SaaS mode on Agency Pro and WebNewBiz (Stripe or PayPal). Brizy Cloud keeps Stripe client billing for its Enterprise plan.
Can I move my client sites from SiteSwan to another platform?
Yes, but expect to rebuild the layouts. Text, images and domains move across, so switch site by site and keep your SiteSwan plan until every domain points to its new site.
